Did you know I love babies? Like I love them. It's such a treat to get to be with a family that's just experienced the birth of their first born. I feel like I know how it is because I've seen a lot of families through it. But I haven't. And I'm sure it's a lot harder than these folks make it out to be. I have cherished my friendship with Andrew & Elyse for years and hope to keep it up and watch their beautiful baby Isla grow up. Thanks for letting me photograph her and be in your home for a while. I loved it! These were definitely not my only favorites from the shoot. I sometimes wish there was a secret/candid camera right in front of me while I'm editing so I can see my reactions. I was ear to ear while editing these all.
